Nexus Hybrid

The strongest and most durable Nexus indication. The bar is designed to match the gum contour through precision milling. Bar and overlay is chemically bonded together for unparalleled fit whilst eliminating any internal stresses.

OVERLAY MATERIALs

Nexus Bridge (FP1)

CROSS SECTION

Replaces the clinical crown, Nexus Bridge cases are designed to fit into the pre-conditioned tissue “socket”. Superior strength due to unique bar profile and one-piece tooth overlay. Designed to restore cases with very little interocclusal space, offering greater surgical flexibility.

  • FP1 (Crown and Bridge style) restoration, no “pink”

  • Offers a titanium reinforced prosthesis that still conforms to ovate pontic shape

  • Smooth metal lingual profile conforms to the scalloped tissue

OVERLAY MATERIALs

Nexus 360°

CROSS SECTION

The Nexus 360° is designed to be the most economical bar-retained indication. Unlike standard wraparounds, the Nexus 360° is milled from a monobloc PMMA, not processed using denture-teeth. An acrylic composite is then added that contours to the intaglio surface.

  • FP3 style restoration, artificial gingiva designed to hide transition line

  • Internally milled titanium bar and connections, no Ti bases

  • Acrylic lingual conforms to the tissue, can be adjusted chairside

OVERLAY MATERIAL

Nexus Micro

CROSS SECTION

The Nexus Micro is the solution for partial bridges that are on Multi-Unit Abutments. The Micro offers the best outcome for prioritizing strength, often used for trauma cases.

CROSS SECTION

Precision milled telescopic sleeve with cemented overlay fits onto the primary bar via a combination of clips and locator attachments. Offers patients increased hygienic access while retaining stability comparable to a fixed prosthesis.

  • Fixed-feeling prosthesis, removable hygienic benefits

  • Can be designed with flange to provide lip support and facial stucture

  • Utilized a LOCATOR-style attachments, with Vario-clips where VD is limited
